ד"ר מאירה לוי

יועצת לנשיא בנושאי הוגנות מגדרית, מנהלת המכלול לחדשנות ומרצה בכירה בבית הספר להנדסת תעשייה וניהול ועמיתת מחקר באוניברסיטת חיפה ובמעבדת ארכיטקטורת תוכנה במכון קיסריה רוטשילד למחקר בין-תחומי של ישומיים במדעי המחשב (CRI).

ד"ר לוי השלימה פוסט-דוקטורט במחלקה להנדסת תעשייה וניהול באוניברסיטת בן-גוריון בנגב, שם גם שימשה כחוקרת במעבדות דויטשה-טלקום. את שלושת תאריה קיבלה מהטכניון והיא בעלת ניסיון עשיר בהנדסת תוכנה בתעשייה בתפקידים טכניים וניהוליים.

מחקריה של ד"ר לוי מתקיימים בשיתוף חברות מובילות בתעשייה המקומית והבינלאומית (בין היתר עם CA, IBM ואלביט), תוך שילוב מתודות מחקר איכותניות וכמותיות.

תחומי המחקר של ד"ר לוי:

  • למידה מרחוק.
  • הנדסת ידע וניהול ידע המשלבים היבטים אנושיים וטכנולוגים וכוללים: אבחון ניהול ידע וניתוח דרישות, מידול ועיצוב מערכות ידע, שילוב ניהול ידע בתהליכים עסקיים, זיהוי מחסומים תרבותיים בניהול ידע וייצוג ידע.
  • רשתות חברתיות ושיתוף ידע.
  • צוותים רב-תחומיים של מהנדסים ומעצבים בתהליכי פיתוח.
